Much of the caregiving process involves reacting to the unpredictable situations that arise day by day; we strongly desire to be your leader, advisor and help whenever you need us.

West Coast Care on Call founders began to notice a growing number of family caregivers overwhelmed by the pressure of caring for a loved one in the home. Our founders decided to create a very unique On-Call way to give those family caregivers a break, even if it is just for a few hours. Based on their personal experience, the founders knew that looking after an aging parent is a tough but special journey. The secret to success is to take it one challenge and one day at a time. They dedicated the idea of our company to provide elder care to those who wish to maintain their independence in their own home, as well as to those who are taking care of their loved one, and need help, support and a break from this rewarding journey. Caregivers, as well as our office team, are working hard with the desire to build the best provider of non-medical, in-home senior care in British Columbia.

West Coast Care on Call was established in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in taking care of and working with seniors. Our founders come from a background of working around and with franchise type revenue driven-agencies, where in many cases the real needs of the elderly as well as their extended families were placed as a lower priority.
West Coast Care on Call is a locally based in-home care services provider, focusing on the well-being and needs of our seniors, their extended family members and primary Caregivers. We customize and research every care plan, adjusting it to the client’s needs, complexity of care, disposable income, family budget, as well as programs or subsidies that are available through government institutions, insurance agencies, medical plans etc. We supervise and monitor each case on a regular basis.  Whether if it is personal, respite or long term care, we can support your loved one with Housekeeping, Palliative Care, Meal Preparation, Companionship or 24/7 Live in Care if required.
